Over two days, you’ll build essential skills through a mix of theory, on-water practice, and guided exercises learning, observing, and improving step by step.
You’ll gain confidence in understanding wind, controlling the wing, and riding a foil board safely.
We’ll choose the best conditions to keep the sessions safe, smooth, and enjoyable.
Throughout the workshop, you’ll connect with others who share your passion for wind and water, and have ongoing support plus access to a rider community to continue practicing after the clinic ends.

Day 1 – Fundamentals

Theory and basic skills: wind directions, safety, and basic control of the wing.
Practice on a large, stable board to get comfortable with handling the wing.

Transition to a foil board and learn how to use the wing to change direction and maintain balance.

Day 2 – Progression

Learn to ride the foil while being towed behind a boat, and keep practicing and improving your wing control.

Combine the foil board and the wing for your first flight above the water.
