In case you did not know it, windsurfing in the United States is kinda nonexistent. I was living in Western NC and just cold called him all the way down in Florida (some 600+ miles away). After telling him my background and how I wanted to get back into the sport, he made me feel so welcome. His 20+ years of experience on the water in a plethora of watersports was evident in his excitement to bring a fellow waterman back into the fold!! He painstakingly took the time over the next month via some 20-30 emails back and forth gathering up a COMPLETELY FULL gear setup/invoice. The sport and technology had changed SOOOOO much and he had been in it's transition in the time I was out of the loop. So lucky he saw both ends and was able to customize the order to ME. He explained the entire EASY process and a month or so later, I was picking up my direct from GOYA gear at a nearby (to me) airport and sailing a few hours later. Timi made me a very happy boy and fulfilled my dream of getting back on the water with NO comprimises!! The southeast U.S. is so lucky to have the best windsurfing dealer supplying the highest level of gear. I am so fortunate to have found him on just a simple Google search.

Haven’t had a chance to work out flying while standing but did get close the couple of times I tried. Even my youngest daughter (21yr) wanted to try after seeing how much fun I was having. I have been thinking about getting into Wing Foiling ever since I saw some foilers flying above the water while I was in Hawaii a couple of years ago. I SUP on a lake in Northern Alabama but have never come across anyone Wing Foiling on it so decided to be the first.
