Shipping Details:
- Processing Time 2-3 Business Days
Allow 2-3 business days (excluding weekends & all U.S. federal holidays) for processing before the order ships from the warehouse. - Transit Times 5-14 Business Days
Time begins calculating once the order has shipped from the warehouse. Delivery times are estimated in business days for the mainland U.S.
PO Boxes and Signature Service:
- Delivery: Small items will be shipped to PO Boxes, while larger items will be delivered to your door.
- Special Services: Need a signature upon delivery or faster service? Email us within 2 hours of placing your order.
Tracking Numbers:
Expect your tracking number via email within 2-3 Business Days of order confirmation and processing.
Missing Parts or Damage Control:
- Missing Parts: Fins, foot straps, and hardware are typically hidden in protective cardboard sleeves, It’s common to miss them during unpacking. Closely examine your packing materials.
- Damage Claims: Ensure the box isn’t damaged. If it is, call us immediately for assistance and/or notify us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged package.
Examine the box for any indications of damage such as tire marks, significant creases, or puncture holes. If you observe any of these signs, that suggest irreparable harm to your board, please provide us with photos. Close-up images of the affected area, along with pictures showcasing both the interior and exterior box damage, will greatly assist us. Additionally, retain the packing materials as we will collaborate with our shipping partners to arrange a replacement board for you.
