He had a way of explaining it that I understood perfectly. Very welcoming and knowledgeable, what a great experience with a great guy who encouraged me along the way. When she came to visit my family here in the USA, Timmy determined that I would not return home to my country, only after I learned to windsurf, and so it was, we loaded up and went to the beach. Think of a person at the age of 62 who has just tried windsurfing, Timmy, with his professional attitude and patience, began to teach me To surf, what can I say in the first half hour my falls from the surfboard brought me to moments of despair, but Timmy with patience and encouragement gave me renewed energy and it's a miracle !!! After about an hour I am confidently surfing independently which in my eyes is a record distance. Emailed HydroStation Watersports asking if they survived hurricane Milton and if they still had a board listed for sale on their website. Fortunately, the answer to both was 'Yes!' Mid-day I get an email of apology from Timi informing me the board was sold, and he offers to find another from the shaper at the same discounted price if one is available, or refund me in full. Naturally, I chose the board option. Timi found the board, called me with updates, then set up shipping for me to get the board at a very specific time that was convenient for me.
