Cancellation Policy for Lessons, Courses, and Activity Bookings

  1. Refunds for Unavailable Activities: Should we be unable to conduct your scheduled activity due to adverse weather conditions, unsuitable activity circumstances, emergencies, changes in medical conditions, or any other reasons beyond our control, a full refund will be promptly provided.
  2. Flexibility for Incomplete Activities: We prioritize your satisfaction and understand unforeseen circumstances. If you’re unable to complete your course, lesson, or activity, kindly inform us at the earliest. We’ll assist you by rescheduling or canceling your activity without imposing penalties.
  3. Cancellation Timeframes and Fees:
    • More than 48 Hours Notice: No cancellation fee will be charged.
    • Between 48 to 24 Hours Notice: A 50% cancellation fee will apply.
    • Less than 24 Hours Notice: No refunds will be issued unless we initiate the cancellation. If we cancel, you’ll have the option to reschedule or select an activity of equal value.
  4. Mid-Activity Cancellation: Should you opt to cancel after the activity commencement, charges will be based on our standard pricing for the duration and rate used. For instance, if you purchased a discounted package of four 3-hour lessons and decide to cancel after completing two lessons, charges will apply for two lessons as per our price list.

Products Return & Exchange Policy

Greetings and thank you for choosing Hydrostation LLC as your shopping destination! We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase, and our return and exchange policy is designed to facilitate a smooth process for your convenience.

Eligibility & Timeframe You have a generous 15-day window from the date of purchase to evaluate whether the product aligns with your expectations. We offer several options for returns, including a refund, store credit, or exchange for the correct size. To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be in pristine, unused condition, devoid of any signs of wear, and accompanied by the original tags and packaging.

Return Procedure:

 When initiating a return, kindly note that the responsibility for return shipping rests with you. We strongly recommend ensuring the product is well-packaged to prevent any damage during transit, reflecting the same care we devote to our packaging. Upon receiving the returned item in its original condition, we will promptly issue a refund, with the deduction of the shipping cost. Please note that items returned in a used condition or lacking original packaging may incur a restocking fee. For your convenience, we suggest using UPS/FedEx Ground or insured US mail for return shipments.

Special Orders & Custom-Made Items:

It’s essential to be aware that certain items, such as special orders, products from discounted closeout sales, or custom-made goods, may not qualify for returns or refunds due to their unique nature.

Warranty Claims:

to initiate a warranty claim, please reach out to us via email at info@Hydrostationwatersports.com. Kindly include a digital photo of the damaged gear, a detailed description of the damage and how it occurred, the product’s serial number, and your original invoice. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with returning the product for warranty assessment.

-Orders shipped outside of Florida are exempt from sales tax.

-While we strive for accurate and updated information on our website daily, there might be rare instances of discrepancies in available stock. In such cases, we will contact you within 24 hours to discuss alternative options or offer a full refund.

-Order Confirmation Once you place an order, an email confirmation will be promptly dispatched to verify its placement. If you do not receive this verification within 15 minutes.

Rental Policy Overview:

  • Cancellation and Refunds:
    • Full refund available for cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled activity.
    • Full refund issued if we cancel due to weather restrictions or unavailability of gear for safe operation.
  • Rescheduling within Specific Timeframes:
    • Cancellation between 48 hours and 2 hours before the activity time will result in a 12-month valid voucher for rescheduling.
  • Gear Care Guidelines:
    • Ensure gear is stored in a well-ventilated area at all times to prevent overheating.
  • Gear Insurance Coverage:
    • Coverage extends to minor damages, such as up to three fixable broken parts per equipment piece (not exceeding 5×5 inches), broken lines, or bladder blowouts.
    • Exclusions: Theft, loss, total damage, or damage caused by overheating due to leaving gear in a car or inadequately ventilated space.

Our rental policy emphasizes flexibility, protection against minor damages, and clear guidelines for cancellations and rescheduling.
Please maintain proper care of the gear to ensure its longevity and functionality.
