Orders are generally processed within this timeframe, but may vary depending on warehouse and fulfillment conditions.
Transit Time: estimated at 5–14 business days.
Delivery times are estimates only and begin once the order has shipped. This applies to mainland U.S. orders only. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories may take longer than the estimated delivery times.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited or special shipping may be available upon request and is subject to approval. Additional fees apply. Please contact us for a quote.
Shipping & Delivery Requirements
Small items: are shipped directly to the customer’s residential or business address when available.
Oversized items: are shipped via air freight to a major airport and are available for customer pickup at the freight facility. Pickup instructions will be provided upon arrival.
Tracking Information
Small items: Tracking numbers are typically sent via email within 2–4 business days after order confirmation and processing.
Oversized items: For oversized items shipped via air freight, tracking information may become available closer to the shipment date or once the shipment has been booked with the carrier.
Small Parts and Missing Parts
Missing Parts: Small hardware and accessories often packed in protective sleeves inside the box. Please carefully check all packaging materials before discarding or reporting missing items. If any parts are still missing after a thorough inspection, please contact us so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
Damaged Shipments
Ground Shipping: If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately (within 24 hours). Please provide clear photos of:
The damaged box (inside and outside) and any visible impact (tears, punctures, heavy dents).
Please keep all packaging materials so we can assist with a replacement claim.
Air Freight: Please inspect the shipment before signing for receipt. If there is any visible damage to the carton, please note on the receipt:
“MAY BE UNSEEN DAMAGE” or “UPON INSPECTION SHIPMENT IS DAMAGED.”
We have 48 hours from pickup to file a damage claim, so it is very important to report any issues immediately.
