Expanded Volume Range: 12 sizes from 4’8 @ 30L — 6’8 @ 120L, covering the widest range of disciplines, riding styles, and conditions.

Key Features:

  • A fuller nose, recessed deck, and streamlined outline combine to improve balance, ease paddling and knee starts. Enhanced takeoff, acceleration, and touchdown recovery.
  • Streamlined Performance Hull: Removes our trademark Ginxu step in favor of a chined tri-plane bottom, delivering a frictionless, direct feel with universal compatibility for Foil Drive and other Foil Assist systems.
  • Big Wave Gun-Inspired Design: Draws from shapes used by elite riders like Kai Lenny in high-speed, choppy conditions Adapted for foiling versatility across disciplines. Subtle Double
  • Displacement Hull: A flatter displacement shape with subtle contours. More stable and less “tippy” than previous generations, while maintaining fast acceleration and clean takeoff. Performance-Focused Aerodynamics: Aero-tuned nose and tail curves reduce windage and improve crosswind performance. Refined through testing with Kai Lenny, Kane de Wilde, Otis Buckingham, and the KT team.
  • New Universal Track System: In-house designed 14” reinforced foil-specific track boxes with puncture-resistant channels for durability. Compatibility across hardware types, mast lengths, and mounting positions.
  • Foil Assist Compatibility: Foil Drive Approved – Flat mounting surface, upgraded tracks, and connectivity windows. Tested with Gen 2 MAX and SLIM systems

New Carbon Layup

Single Density Core – New hybrid base construction offering lightweight strength and durability. Blend of unidirectional, biaxial carbon, & S glass for linear + torsional stiffness. Integrated fiberglass windows tuned to 2.4 GHz for Foil Assist connectivity.

Marble Finish

Ultralight Marble finish, a high-durability, ultra-thin paint f inish that is lighter, stronger, and enhances sealing.

Accessories

  • New Lightweight Slotted Traction: Maximum grip at 50% of the weight of previous traction pad designs.
  • Enhanced feel and response while pumping or carving.
  • Adjustable MFC Footstraps: Includes a complete pack of MFC’s signature “V front + 1 rear” internally adjustable foot straps with hardware.
  • New Universal Track System: In-house designed 14” reinforced foil-specific track boxes with puncture-resistant channels for durability and compatibility across hardware types, mast lengths, and mounting positions.

Performance

Feeling: Balanced all-around design for fast takeoff, stability, intuitive handling, and agility. Engineered for the most multi-discipline use, home or travel.

Speed: Optimized aerodynamics, hydrodynamics, and volume distribution Lets riders size down board, foil, and wing without losing as much stability as a narrower downwind board.

Highlights

  • Bottom: Flatter Streamlined Tri-plane bottom Minimal drag, smooth lift-off, and clean touchdown recovery. Subtle displacement hull creates a softer rounded feel on touchdowns.
  • Rocker: Precisely engineered with Kane de Wilde, Keith Teboul & Adam Lewis. Entry angles tuned for fast lift-off, smooth recovery in light wind, weak swell, or powerful conditions.
  • Outline: Pulled-in midlength outline better acceleration, glide, balance, and agility.
  • Rails: Almond nose rails transition to boxy midsection, then taper into the aero tail. Improves water flow, reduces drag, boosts rebound on touchdowns.
  • Nose: Fuller shape hides volume and while thinning through the standing area. Better paddling, knee starts, soft touchdowns, and crosswind handling. Punches through messy conditions and chop.
  • Tail: Thin, beveled shape = clean water release + minimal tracking. Squared-off end provided extra rail to rail stability and control.

Timi’s insights:

I’m stoked to share my thoughts on the KT Super K2 board. This board is unbelievable it’s truly redefining the midlength era with its
simplicity and smooth ride.

From the moment I hopped on, I noticed how incredibly balanced it is. And let me tell you, the new yellow color looks amazing!

At 72kg, I ride the 60L as my one-quiver board. I’m constantly amazed at how much smaller it feels when prone foiling as the wave size picks up. Getting on foil super early, even on tiny bumps, is a breeze. And when the wind hits 10 knots, it’s winging time! Compared to other boards, the Super K2 generates excellent speed thanks to its aerodynamic shape – a difference you can definitely feel.

SIZING IS KEY!

Choosing the right size is key with the SK2, as it’s such a versatile board. The volume lets you gain advantages in one foiling discipline, but there might be trade-offs in another. So, prioritizing what’s important to you and the conditions you’ll be riding in is crucial for perfect sizing.

Remember, it feels smaller under your feet, and volume can be your friend on light or small days. Personally, I like to have a small board and go about 10L below my body weight in kg, but that doesn’t mean that’s right for you.

I’ve helped many riders dial in their size, and the feedback has been consistently positive. Seriously, the only feedback I got was, ‘thanks for changing my mind’

If you want to make sure or get a second opinion before investing in your new board, call or contact me—I’d love to share my thoughts about this amazing board and help you make the right choice!
